everyone was very helpful, good timing, very good communication. Was setting in the waiting area and was speaking with two other customers, one that lives in Edisto Island. One had an older corvette getting a windshield wiper fixed and the other getting something done to his truck, both mentioned to me that they would never take their vehicles to any other dealer. That says something about your company.

The price was way to much for me. How they add $169 for a diagnostic instead of crediting into the price if used. Came out to exactly what I asked for. Skipping other bills to pay this. Also didn't know about a veteran discount, and was told it was to late when I brought it up at the end. I will go back to using auto repair shops and stay away from dealerships again for any type of maintenance. Thanks for enlightening me on that again.

The service folks are very nice/friendly. There seems to be a real communication problem between service techs and mechanics. Scheduling is very poor. Service start and finish estimates are consistently way off. Proactive communication to customer is very poor. Requested a conversation with Service Manager, but she would not return my call. Disorganized scheduling/planning seemed to be an issue for the service techs that bleeds over to a poor experience for the customer. Will be looking for a different dealership for future service.

Sales staff allowed me to buy the car rather than selling me a car. The car is better than I expected from such a small engine. Only thing they could make it better is a front parking camera. Zack in Service did a quick turnaround, same day on a flat tire repair with less than 1000 miles on the car. This is a comfortable dealership staffed by good people who care about what they do, and who treat customers as they would want to be treated.

Drop off vehicle at 8:30 am. Got call around 11:30 They stated couldn’t do anything battery bad. Took to Rick hendrick’s had battery ck. The battery was fine. Schedule to take back to Rick hendrick’ to find out what is the problem with vehicle. Hopefully they will do a better job of finding out the problems.

I had been moving up from Florida to start a new job at MUSC when my engine light came on. All other dealerships in the area told me that it would be 1-2 weeks before they could get ne in…and possibly longer to fix, depending on the issue. When I called Marchant Chevrolet, I spoke with Zach and even though they, too, were busy, he told me he would at least look at it by the afternoon. Not only did they figure out it was a coolant hose leak, they did my oil change, ordered my part (it’s on back order), topped off my coolant and told me if the light comes on again before the part comes in to simply come back in and they’ll top it off again until the hose comes in. I am INCREDIBLY grateful for their understanding of my situation and getting me back on the road asap. They are further away than several other dealerships, but they have my business for life! Great people, great service!

It was great. My truck broke down and I had it dropped off around 12 and it was fixed by 3. Zack was great help. I did have a towing bill for a truck I only had for a month. Not dealerships fault. Fuel module broke
